Do they see how foolish they look with these kinds of headlines?
Let’s get this straight. Some newspapers published cartoons that implied that Mohammed, the founder of Islam, inspired violence in Islam’s followers. So to protest this, Muslims responded with violence — destroying things, throwing rocks (of course), threatening people, calling for executions, throwing bombs (one of the cartoons showed Mohammed with a turban made of bombs.) It would be hilarious if it weren’t so sad!
Listen to these quotes:
“Bin Laden our beloved, Denmark must be blown up”
“If they want a war of religions, we are ready”
“Hands that reach Islam must be broken”
“Long live Islam, destroy our enemies”
“Whoever defames our prophet should be executed”
If they want violence so badly, why are they complaining about accusations that they are violent?
And why doesn’t the press point out this incredibly obvious flaw in an entire culture’s logic?
